Her career has spanned FX and equities, progressing into management positions and building a broad, trusted network across both the buy- and sell-side.
A committed advocate for diversity and inclusion, Jasmin supports the development of the next generation of financial market professionals through mentoring and leadership initiatives. She also serves on the Executive Board of ACI UK Financial Markets Association,
is an active member of the WiGM Committee (Women in Global Markets),
and provides strategic input as an observer on the
ACI UK Next Generation Board.
JESSICA SPADZINSKI

Jessica is a seasoned financial professional with international experience in global banking and investment operations, gained through front-office service and sales roles at leading global banks. She has played key roles in managing strategic client relationships and driving global client engagement, enabling her to build a robust network and deliver innovative solutions that support institutional growth and performance.
A strong advocate for professional development, Jessica
is passionate about mentoring early-career finance talent, empowering teams, and supporting initiatives that promote diversity and innovation across the industry. She earned her
MBA from Suffolk University in Boston, where she combined strong analytical insight with a collaborative leadership approach.
